Paris London 2007

In June 2007, we made our very first trip to Europe. It was wonderful! As we usually do, we packed the schedule so that we could see as much as possible in a week. It was worth it! An added bonus was that we saw friends in both London and Paris.

Unfortunately, we were in London during the bomb scare and had some transportation inconveniences. It also rained heavily. Despite that, we enjoyed our time in London very much.
Together with Paris, we visited a few of the places mentioned in the Da Vinci Code book.

Paris

We loved Paris, and had the opportunity to spend some time with some of our close friends who moved to France/Germany. There were so many wonderful places to see. We walked a lot and scaled every dome and tower we were allowed to walk. It was tiring, but the exercise made up for some of that Parisian food! The kids were troopers, as we packed the schedule and accomplished a lot in a short time. We did not take in a boat ride on the Seine, and mainly for this reason (we tell her), we promised Bela we will return to Paris. Places we visited:
